Job Description
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our dentists while ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. The Dental Assistant will be responsible for assisting with various aspects of patient care, including clinical procedures, administrative tasks, and providing excellent patient service.
Duties:- Assist dentistswith patient care, including preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments.- Provide dental receptionist duties, such as scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries.- Participate in four-handed dentistry, ensuring a seamless and coordinated patient care experience.- Utilize dental terminology to communicate effectively with patients and dental professionals.- Demonstrate a strong understanding of dental terminology- Use and document patient information accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.- Develop and maintain a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a welcoming and efficient practice atmosphere.
Skills:- Proficiency in assisting with clinical dental procedures.- Strong understanding of dental terminology- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, prioritizing patient care and safety.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
