OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Front Office / Billing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage daily operations of the front office, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional patient service.
Duties- Manage the front office tasks effectively- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures- Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and complaints in a professional manner- Monitor and manage billing and collections- insurance verification and claims processing- treatment planning
Skills- Proven experience in fiscal management, budgeting, and financial oversight- Strong knowledge of PPO and dental office operations
-Ability to receive constructive criticism- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
