*Job Overview*
We are seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about oral health and providing exceptional patient care.
** The Important Stuff **
- Competent with Dentrix/Dexis/Nomad/Cavitron etc.
- TN State Hygiene License and BLS
- Relatable with patients, Note our patient base is primarily premium PPO such as Delta Dental, BCBS etc. Conservative care philosophy.
*Duties*
- Conduct dental cleanings and assist with procedures as needed
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
- Perform oral cancer screenings
- Take dental x-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
*Skills*
- Proficient in HIPAA regulations
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques
- Ability to operate medical imaging equipment
- Proficiency in using Dentrix, Dexis, and Nomad equipment
- Skilled in patient assessment and treatment planning
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
