Job Description
*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality dental care and promoting oral health. *Duties* - Perform dental cleanings and assist with dental procedures - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices - Take and develop dental x-rays - Maintain patient records accurately - Administer local anesthetics under the dentist's supervision - Conduct patient assessments and charting *Skills* - Proficiency in medical terminology - Experience with four-handed dentistry techniques - Knowledge of medical records management - Ability to perform patient assessments - Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental software - Understanding of medical coding systems - Competence in medical imaging assisting - Proficient in recording vital signs
