We are looking for a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, collecting payments, and performing other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented and organized, and have experience working in a dental office. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients in a professional manner.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments and confirm appointments with patients.
Enter patient information into the dental software system.
Process payments and provide receipts to patients.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Provide excellent customer service.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
