Job Description
Job SummaryBelmar Park Dental Care is seeking a detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring proper sterilization of dental instruments and equipment.
Duties- Clean and sterilize dental instruments and equipment following established protocols- Monitor and maintain sterilization equipment- Organize and stock supplies in treatment rooms- Assist with infection control procedures in compliance with HIPAA regulations- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Experience- Prior experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred but great entry level position- Knowledge of Dentrix, Dexis, or similar electronic medical records systems is a plus- Familiarity with dental terminology related to dental procedures- Understanding of infection control practices in a healthcare setting- Experience in dental assisting, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, or as a dental receptionist is beneficial but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.68 - $26.11 per hour
