Our team is looking for a great fit within our administration team and our ideal candidate has the following:

Friendly, warm, and outgoing personality to welcome and greet patients
Willingness to continually learn
Excellent phone & communication skills
Knowledge of dental insurance plans, efficient scheduling, and dental terminology
Experience with Dentrix a plus
Ability to review insurance benefits, treatment plans, and financing with patients
