Job Description

We are looking for a part-time (Monday, Wed, Friday) front office individual to join our dental practice. Duties include: answering phones, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, treatment planning, filing, greeting patients, verifying insurance, checking messages, returning phone calls, etc. This individual needs to have the ability to multi-task at all times. Our office is very fast-paced and it requires you to always be at your best. We need someone who is always on top of things and make sure the flow of the office is smooth to avoid wait times for our patients.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a dental office is preferred, but not required
Responsible
Ability to present treatment plans
Work well under pressure
Good communication skills
Strong multi-tasker
Attention to details
Experience with Open Dental Program is plus
Second Language is plus

Office hours: Monday-Friday 9 am to 5:30 PM.
Compensation will be based on experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
