Dental Receptionist
Duties:- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients- Verify insurance coverage and collect necessary patient information- Assist with medical administrative support tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents- Utilize electronic medical scheduling systems- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Skills:- Experience working in a dental office setting- Proficiency in using electronic medical scheduling systems- Strong knowledge of dental administrative support tasks and procedures- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Familiarity with phone systems and handling patient inquiries or concerns- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
