Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth dental procedures. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the dentist during various dental procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records, managing inventory, and providing support to the dental team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in accordance with state regulations.
- Proven experience working as a Dental Assistant in a dental office or clinic setting.
- Proficient knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe dental environment.
- Proficiency in using dental software and computer systems for accurate record-keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
