We are adding to our growing team, looking for a Full Time Dental Receptionist. We believe in creating a warm and welcoming environment for both our patients and our team. We are a close-knit group dedicated to providing top-quality dental care in a supportive and friendly atmosphere. (Prior Dental Receptionist experience required).
We are seeking a personable and organized Dental Receptionist to be the face of our practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring their experience is smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

Duties

Manage the front desk area, including scheduling appointments, greeting patients, and answering phone calls with warm enthusiasm
Coordinate patient check-in and check-out processes
Discuss financial matters and present treatment plans to patients
Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance billing and claims
Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
