Bridges Dental is a spa-like, cosmetic and restorative, boutique dental office in the heart of Union Square, San Francisco. We are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a relaxing environment. We're looking for a part-time, fabulous, upbeat, kind, gentle, thorough, and professional hygienist to join our team. We see patients 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and we pride ourselves on high quality and outstanding dental care of our dynamic and wonderful patients. We are fully digital with radiographs and Curve cloud-based software and are open to someone working 1, 2, or all 3 of our available days. We look forward to meeting you!
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Conduct patient assessments to identify potential oral health issues.- Utilize dental terminology to communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals.- Demonstrate a strong understanding of human anatomy and its relation to oral health.- Operate dental imaging equipment to capture diagnostic images.- Take vital signs as needed.- Ensure HIPAA compliance in all interactions with patients and patient records.- Maintain accurate and detailed dental and medical documentation of patient visits.- Be up to date with Universal Precautions technique to prevent infection and ensure infection control measures are in place.- Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Current licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) or equivalent.- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and a positive patient experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
