Job Description

We are a fast paced dental office located in Wasilla looking for a team orientated, customer service enthusiast, outgoing person to join our team of dental assistants.
PRIMARY Job duties:
· Greet and escort patient to the operatory in time for their scheduled appointment.
· Assist the dentist in all chair side treatment
· Maintain a sterile and neat working environment according to current infection control procedures.
· Review the health history, make chart entries under the direction of the dentist and assure completion of forms and signatures.
· Update patient’s treatment plan accordingly.
· Perform any expanded duties that may be delegated by the dentist.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· At least one year experience working as a dental assistant
· Enjoy working with CHILDREN
· Team orientated work experience
· Ability to demonstrate high level of customer service
· Able to organize work and engage in a variety of tasks
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
· Experience of working with the public in fast paced environment
· Experience with children's dentistry
This position typically works 3-4 days per week
