At Featherstone Periodontics and Implant Dentistry we have over 30 years of delivering high-quality care. With now four locations, we provide comprehensive periodontal and implant services to all of Northern IL and Southern WI areas.
We are looking for a surgical dental assistant to work alongside our amazing doctors in our Janesville and Madison offices. The ideal candidate will be a friendly, outgoing, highly organized, motivated individual with a growth-oriented mindset.
Some responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Seating patients and having proper setup for procedures
- Anticipating and assisting dentist’s needs at all times
- Assist the doctor during patient procedures
- Acquire radiographs
- Acquire, adjust and save CBCT Scans
- Ability to take dental impressions and use an intra oral scanner
- Keeping dental units ready, stocked and clean
- Complete patient’s chart indicating procedure done today and what procedure is to be completed at next visit
- Perform clinical procedures as delegated by the dentist
Schedule:
50% travel required between Janesville and Madison
Mondays: Madison (7:30-4)
Tuesdays: Janesville (7:30-5)
Weds: off
Thursdays: Janesville (7:30-4)
Fridays: Janesville (Anticipated Madison Fridays Late 2024) (7:30-2)
