Job Title: Dental Assistant (Vietnamese) - No experience needed/will train
Annandale Dental Care is a small, growing Vietnamese-oriented business in Annandale. We are a general dentistry office that dabbles in a little bit of everything- preventive, restorative, endo, perio, oral surgery, ortho, and implants. You will learn a lot, and find a family to work with outside of the home!
We are looking for someone who has an ability to work effectively in a team environment and has strong communication skills and attention to detail. As a dental assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various dental procedures and ensuring a smooth patient experience. The right candidate must be a team player with a good work ethic, have great customer service skills, multi-tasking ability, a fast learner, and detail oriented.
Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures
Administering patient x-rays
Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
Review patient charts prior to doctor arrival, log appropriate patient data and health history during the exam and treatment
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations
Perform infection control procedures to meet OSHA and CDC standards
Clean, sterilize and prepare the equipment and operatory, per the organizations procedures and guidelines, prior to a patient’s appointment
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation systems
Assist the office administrator and front desk when needed, including scheduling patients’ follow up visits, as well as tracking the incoming and outgoing lab cases, to ensure quality and timely products

Bilingual in Vietnamese is a plus!
This position may requires you to travel between two locations for training
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
