Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about oral health and providing exceptional patient care.
Duties- Perform dental cleanings and assist dentists during procedures- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care- Take and develop dental x-rays- Administer local anesthetic and apply fluoride treatments- Maintain accurate patient records- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
Skills- Proficiency in dental systems such as Open Dental- Strong anatomy knowledge for oral health assessment- Experience with four-handed dentistry techniques- Familiarity with medical terminology and coding- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations for patient privacy- Ability to work with pediatric patients in a friendly and compassionate manner- Understanding of general dentistry procedures and practices
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 ââ¬â 40 per week
License/Certification:
Registered Dental Hygienist (Preferred)
