Job Description
We are seeking a treatment coordinator to join a well established state of the art dental practice. Are you a dynamic, motivated, dependable, friendly person looking for a great opportunity? Are you a team player that has the ability to make things happen and ready to make a long-term commitment? We are looking for an experienced confident individual with a strong work ethic. Our front office person should have the ability to multi-task and prioritize the workload, be detailed and have strong communication skills. Four 10 hour work days with sliding schedule Monday-Friday, which allows for a 4 day weekend twice a month! We'd love to invite you to meet with us and tour our practice!
Requirements:
- Previous dental office experience- Above average presentation skills- Dentrix Software Preferred- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal- Must be strong in treatment plan presentation & closing financial arrangements- Detail orientated- Strong organizational skills- Confident and poised- Excellent phone skills- Scheduling for hygiene and doctor's schedules
