Position Overview:
As a Cross-Trained Dental Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in both clinical and administrative functions, contributing to our practice’s reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties: Assist the dentist during various procedures, including the preparation of materials, taking X-rays, and maintaining rigorous infection control standards.
Administrative Duties: Oversee patient scheduling, verify insurance details, process payments, and deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.

Qualifications:

Certification as a Dental Assistant is preferred, but not mandatory.
Proven experience in both clinical and front office roles within a dental environment.
Exceptional organizational skills
Excellent communication, with an ability to foster a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.
