PC Children’s Dentistry is currently looking for an experienced dental assistant to join our team! Must be expanded functions certified, have experience working in a fast pace environment, good with children, and a great team player. We prioritize attitude and positivity!
Currently this this job is Fridays only with the opportunity to grow and increase in the future.
Duties:- Assist dentists in all pediatric restorative dental treatments (four-handed dentistry) as well as cleanings and sealants on children.- Perform X-Ray imaging and maintain accurate and detailed records- Utilize knowledge of dental terminology and Eaglesoft software- Present treatment plans and financial obligations to parents- Provide specialized care for pediatric patients and a passion for working with children- Demonstrate proficiency in dental terminology- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols- Assist in various dental procedures as required
Qualifications:Required:- Certification or diploma in Dental Assisting- Proficiency in Eaglesoft and other relevant software- Experience with four-handed dentistry and pediatric care- Strong understanding of medical and dental terminology- Knowledge of infection control procedures
Nice-to-have:- Previous experience in a dental office setting- Familiarity with additional dental assisting techniques
