Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Greeting patients (following COVID-19 protocols)


Reviewing patient medical history


Preparing patients for treatment while ensuring their comfort


Taking blood pressure


Providing oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions


Setting-up and breaking down treatment rooms per procedure


Sterilizing and maintaining instruments per compliance guidelines


Performing lab tasks as directed


Cleaning and stocking the dental room


Scheduling patient appointments


Charting / Clinical Exam using Eaglesoft software


Taking digital X-rays

Skills:
Proven experience as a dental assistant, including but not limited to:

Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods


Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Coronal Polishing
Crown Prep
Applying sealants
4 hand dentistry
Basic computer skills
Customer service
Excellent communication and people skills
Attention to detail

Minimum Requirements:

Expanded Duty Functions
Radiology Certification
2+ years experience in dental field
Hight School Diploma
CPR

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
