The Role:
We’re seeking a dental front desk receptionist who is as passionate about providing exceptional customer service as we are about delivering outstanding dental care. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a positive and efficient experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:

Warm Welcome: Greet patients with a friendly smile and assist them in checking in for their appointments.
Appointment Management: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments with accuracy and efficiency.
Insurance and Billing: Verify insurance information, process claims, and handle billing inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
Administrative Support: Manage patient records, maintain office supplies, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Communication Hub: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle patient inquiries with a helpful and positive attitude.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our dental team to ensure smooth daily operations and a seamless patient experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience in a dental office or similar administrative role is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office software.
Attitude: A genuine passion for helping others, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
