Job Description

Seeking Part-Time. 1-2 days. Flexible.
Subbing Hours also Available.
Duties
Examining patients: check for signs of oral diseases, such as gingivitis, and perform a quick exam to assess the overall health of a patient's teeth.
Provide preventive care: remove plaque, tartar, and stains from teeth, apply fluorides and sealants, and educate patients about oral health.
Take digital x-rays:
Document patient care and treatment plans, and report their findings to dentists.
Other duties: administering anesthesia for Periodontal treatment
Qualifications- Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program- State licensure as a Dental Hygienist- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team- Proficiency in dental office systems such as Eaglesoft, a plus but will train
