Bohnsack Family Dentistry in Cokato is looking for a caring hygienist that wants to work in a positive, patient centered environment. Of course we have work to do, but we also need to enjoy our work environment and find fulfillment on a daily basis. We care a lot more about finding the right personality to fit our team than meeting production goals... because we don't have production goals! If you genuinely care about helping people - both patients and coworkers - we want to meet you.
General responsibilities would include pedo and adult recall prophys, perio assessment and diagnosis, scaling/root planing, infection control, some sealants, some instruments, some helping up front if needed, and whatever may come up during the work day! 1-4 days a week, we can be flexible for the right candidate. Compensation based on how well you can contribute to our positive work environment.
