Advanced Dental Care is a small business on the East Side of Providence, RI. We are a private office run by one doctor who is looking for a professional, friendly and skilled dental assistant.

**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of dental procedures, experience in assisting with various dental tasks and have the ability to be flexible.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Set up and prepare equipment for dental procedures
- Take and record medical and dental histories and vital signs of patients
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
- Prepare materials for making impressions and restorations
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Assist with dental radiography (X-rays)
- Perform office management tasks that often require the use of a personal computer
**Qualifications:**
- Knowledge of 3D scanner systems for dental imaging
- Proficiency in taking vital signs and recording patient information accurately
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software
- Understanding of human anatomy relevant to dentistry
- Ability to maintain accurate medical records
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is a plus
- Knowledge of four-handed dentistry techniques
- Familiarity with medical imaging processes
