Job Description
*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Team Lead to join our dynamic dental office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthodontics, implants, prosthodontics, general dentistry, and possess excellent leadership skills to oversee the clinical team effectively. Bilingual Mandarin preferred
**MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS' EXPERIENCE**
*Responsibilities*
- Lead and supervise the clinical team to ensure smooth operations and optimal patient care
- Responsible for lab communication and lab cases
- Monitor vital signs and assist with patient assessments
- Utilize 3D scanners for accurate orthodontic records
- Maintain strict infection control protocols
- Proficiently use Dentrix software for patient management
- Strong background in dental implants
- Experience with full-mouth restorative cases including all-on-4
*Requirements*
- 5 years RDA experience
- Strong knowledge of prosthodontics, general dentistry, and orthodontic procedures
- Proficiency in four-handed dentistry techniques
- Ability to take accurate vital signs and assist with patient assessments
- Familiarity with 3D scanners for orthodontic records is a plus
- Proven leadership ability
- Excellent infection control practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead a clinical team efficiently
Bilingual Mandarin preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
