Busy dental practice looking for an energetic, personable, friendly member of our team! We are looking for a FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and welcoming patients
Confirming patients
Setting/Managing schedule
Sort, organize, and distribute mail
Oversee daily operations of the office
Account Receivables
Dental Insurance Billing
Manage recall system
Answer daily phone calls
Minimum Requirements:
Familiarity with Dental Office Software
Proficiency with computer, Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work with interruptions
Prefer previous Front Desk experience
Prefer previous Dental Insurance Billing experience
Prefer previous RDA experience
