Job Overview:
We are a established dynamic private dental office specializing in Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist/billing coordinator who has a positive attitude, willing to learn and take direction, and able to multi task with time management in order to complete tasks independently, as well as with a team. Must be friendly, have good customer service skills to greet patients and answer phones, and be competent in scheduling, verifying insurances, plus work up co-pays, present treatments, as well as collect payments and submit insurance claims electronically and via portal. Additional Duties:- Handle dental collections, billing, accounts receivables, and staying up to date with claim submissions, denials, and follow up efficiently.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and billing information.- Review dental records and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.- Utilize phone systems and patient activator software to communicate with patients, including scheduling and rescheduling appointments as needed.- Provide exceptional patient service, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients.
-Proficient with managing accounts receivables and recall

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 36 per week
