Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist limited to Pediatrics to join our talented team in Ashland, OR. The ideal candidate is someone who loves working with children, is dedicated to providing high-quality dental care, and is enthusiastic about making dental visits a positive experience for kids.
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive dental care to children, including routine check-ups, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other dental procedures.
Educate patients and their families on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
Create a welcoming, anxiety-free environment for young patients and their families.

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Valid Oregon dental license
Nitrous oxide permit required
Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
