Overview:
Join our dental practice as a Dental Receptionist and be the first friendly face our patients see when they walk in. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills to join our team.
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming smile- Answer phone calls and emails, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries- Verify insurance coverage and process patient billing- Maintain electronic health records using software such as Dentrix- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the dental office- Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy
No experience necessary. Dental assistant duties are to set up the operatories and assist dentists. X-ray license or in school training will be great. Available hours are m,t,w, f and alternating saturdays.
Multiple language skills such as Spanish is helpful.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
