OverviewPC Children’s Dentistry is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our fun and friendly team. The ideal candidate will leave a positive first and last impression on all our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
This position requires a knowledge of dental terminology and Insurance. Excellent customer service a and communication skills, and the ability to multitask with a smile and positive attitude.
You will be responsible for checking patients in and out of office, answering phones, scheduling, verifying insurance, inputting data into computer system, going over treatment plans and financial information, billing and collection as well as any other responsibilities that arise.
This position currently will allow you to work from home Monday - Thursday. Fridays will be in office.
Duties

Manage appointments and check-in and out efficiently
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
Assist with patients/ parent inquiries and provide information about services
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Utilize computerized systems efficiently (Eaglesoft)
Handle payment transactions accurately
Verify dental insurance
Billing and collections
Enter insurance payments with accuracy

ExperienceRequired:- Strong customer service skills and a joy for working with children- Excellent time management and organizational abilities- Proficiency in office management tasks- Experience working in a front desk or office setting
Nice-to-have:- Bilingual proficiency- Previous experience as a dental receptionist
