A Day in the Life of a Hygienist at Bethesda Dental Implant Center
On any given day you can expect the following:

Arriving 15 minutes before your first patient to be ready to go for the day
Working with a driven team of dentists, hygienists, assistants, and administrative professionals
Managing the care of patients who prioritize their oral health
Working in an office that is passionate about their work
Excitedly seeing 7 patients per day
Creating a comfortable and welcoming clinical environment for new and returning patients
Performing procedures with Cavitrons and Dentrix
Diagnosing and educating to align with patient values and barriers to result in treatment acceptance
Consistently supporting Doctor-led treatment recommendations for patients
Completing auxiliary procedures such as sealants, fluoride treatments, antibiotic applications, night guard scans

What Winning Looks Like

We support you in winning by reviewing metrics related to production, periodontal and general treatment acceptance, product recommendation and acceptance, and execution of auxiliary procedures and provide group and one-on-one support and training to set you up for success!
