This private practice office is looking for a diamond in the rough, a needle in the haystack, a sock to our shoe…you catch our drift! We’re looking for a PART TIME DENTAL HYGIENIST (EVERY THURSDAY AND 2 Wednesdays/month AND alternating Monday/Friday ) who would like an opportunity to work with a terrific dental team and our awesome patients (max 12 days a month).
We want to have another dedicated, trustworthy individual with a positive attitude and outgoing personality join our team! We like to have fun and be our true selves while we provide honest, efficient and genuine care. As a hygienist, we hope you are able to build relationships with our awesome patients, show that you know where asdf and jkl; are on the keyboard because those are just some letters you need to type up your notes, take diagnostic x-rays, probe and measure recession/bleeding on patients properly, be proficient in dental procedures and terminology, and work efficiently with the time allotted in a fast-paced private practice environment. We typically allot 60 minutes for recall appointments, 60-90 minutes for new patients, SRP and/or laser.
As our teammate, we hope you are a team player (we like to scratch each other’s backs), have excellent communication skills (both nonverbal and verbal because we are an office of females), and have an eagerness to learn new things and grow old with us! Our office offers a monthly health insurance stipend, retirement package, unlimited PTO with adequate notice, lunch provided 1x/week, a fully stocked break room full of beverages/snacks, and a ~36/hr average work week. Pay: $34-40 (BOE)
Part-time (we can talk Full Time if truly interested)
RDH licensure required.
CPR Certification required.
Loupes highly recommended.
Local Anesthesia Certification… a bonus!
Laser therapy experience… a double bonus!

Pay: $34.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
