What you’ll do:

Be the first cheerful face our patients see as they walk into our office, making everyone feel welcome.
Juggle schedules like a pro, keeping our patient flow smooth and our wait times low.
Answer phone calls with a smile, handle questions, and keep everyone in the loop with appointment reminders.
Keep our records and billing in tip-top shape, all while keeping things organized.
Insurance verification and claims.
Collaborate with our awesome dental team to ensure every day is smooth sailing.
Participate in community outreach events with the team.
Be excited about taking continuing education courses to stay at the forefront of changes and developments in the dental field.
Help us build a loyal patient base by making every interaction positive and memorable.

What You Bring:

Experience in a dental front office role is a big plus, but your personality and energy are what really count!
