Job DescriptionPediatric dentistLocation: Austin TXFull Time
Pediatric dental clinic
Patient Base: Pediatric care, Medicaid office with some PPO patients
Work Schedule: 4 days/week, no weekends
Technology: Modern office with digital equipment
Compensation and Benefits:
Income Potential: $200,000-$400,000
Guaranteed Minimum: $700-$1,000 per day (depending on experience)
Production Bonus: 25-27%+ of adj collections (based on experience)

Long-term Employment: Possible future ownership available
Relocation package: up to 5K
Student Loan repayment: 10K / year
Candidate Requirements:
Dental License: DDS or DMD eligible
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
