MI Smiles Dental Ionia is looking for a energetic, team-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our team.
Role Expectations:
As a full-time Dental Hygienist, you will:
Create a soothing atmosphere for patients.
Maintain sterilization standards.
Conduct initial oral screenings.
Detect and treat oral health conditions.
Perform dental cleanings and apply preventive materials.
Guide patients towards optimal oral health.
Provide postoperative instructions.
Assist dentists in treatment planning.
Maintain patient records.
Oversee dental supplies.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Dental Hygienist or similar role.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Skills in dental equipment maintenance.
Strong communication skills.
Patient-focused personality.
Attention to detail.
Physical stamina.
Diploma in Dental Hygiene; further education is a plus.
Valid license to practice.
