JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for assisting patient appointments and managing office function within a dental office setting. Coordinates between patients, front desk, hygienists, and dentists to ensure smooth operations and efficient patient care. Our goal is to provide patients with a luxurious dental experience they cannot find anywhere else in order to improve their oral health.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist doctor
• Wipe/set up rooms
• Xrays
• iTero scanning
• Temporary crowns
• Sterilization
• Assist hygiene with periocharting
• Restock supplies
• Organize work space to increase office function

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid RDA license (Required)
• Valid CPR/BLS license (Required)
• X-Ray Certified
• Coronal Polishing Certificate
• Infection Control
• CA Dental Practice Act
• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Attention to detail
• Connect with patients and make them feel like a friend/family member
• Read patient charts prior to their appointments to be aware of any preferences or previous dental procedures
