ob Summary:We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant who is excited to care for patients and be part of a great team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist in providing high-quality dental care to patients, and be a team player.
Duties:- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment- Assist the dentist during procedures- Take and develop dental X-rays- Maintain accurate patient records- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices- Manage inventory of dental supplies
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant- Knowledge of patient assessment and medical documentation- Proficiency in X-Ray procedures and medical imaging systems- Understanding of dental terminology and HIPAA regulations, along with Osha compliance
- Experience with CAD software is a plus- Ability to maintain detailed medical records and confidentiality
