Job Description
Responsibilities:
Preparing patients for dental treatment
Take necessary x-rays
Helping with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments etc., setting up instrument trays, preparing materials, and assisting with dental procedures.
Providing great patient care
Giving patients information on dental hygiene, oral health care, and plaque control programs.
Collecting and recording medical and dental histories and patient vital signs.
Providing postoperative instructions as directed by the dentist.
Caring for dental equipment.
Ordering dental supplies and maintaining dental equipment inventory.
Cross trained front / back office
Able to travel to second office 2-3 times a week to sister office
