Job Description
Desire to hire an energetic people oriented team player to join our General Dentistry practice in Bristol Tennessee. We offer excellent benefits including: vacation and holiday pay, plus retirement plans (401k). Work weeks will be Monday - Thursday, 8am-5pm.
You must be a Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Tennessee.
Our team consists of a staff that on average has worked with us for over 15 years.

Job description:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing- Take dental x-rays- Conduct oral cancer screenings- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral care instructions- Administer local anesthesia as needed (if certified, not a requirement)- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Eaglesoft software- Follow strict infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality
Requirements:
- Valid Tennessee dental hygiene license- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and oral health conditions- Proficiency in medical/dental documentation and coding- Experience working in a dental office setting preferred- Familiarity with Eaglesoft software is a plus- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a team environment
