Job Description

*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about oral health and providing exceptional patient care. *Responsibilities* - Perform dental cleanings and assist with other dental procedures - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices - Take and develop dental x-rays - Conduct patient assessments including vital signs - Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems like Eaglesoft or Epic - Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed - Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care - Assist in pediatric dentistry procedures *Requirements* - Valid Dental Hygienist license - Proficiency in pediatric dentistry and working with children - Knowledge of dental office procedures and practices - Ability to perform patient assessments and take vital signs - Familiarity with Eaglesoft or Epic software systems - Strong understanding of infection control protocols - Experience in dental assisting is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
