We are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team at Dentist 4 You.

Responsibilities:- Assist the dentist during dental procedures- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment- Take and develop dental x-rays- Prepare and maintain dental materials and supplies- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care- Schedule and confirm dental appointments- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software- Follow HIPAA guidelines for patient privacy and confidentiality- Assist with front office tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments- Explain treatment plans to patients
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program- X-ray certification required- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments- Proficiency in Dentrix dental software systems preferred- Familiarity with medical coding and documentation standards- Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Bilingual is a plus
