Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Dental Receptionist/ Biller to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a dental office setting.
Duties- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar- Verify insurance coverage and process patient billing- Maintain patient records accurately and securely- Assist the team and review documentations.- Handle front desk duties efficiently
Requirements- Previous experience in a dental setting is preferred- Proficiency in using office software and electronic health records systems- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures- Ability to inhale in a fast-paced environment- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Experience:
