Job Overview:
Serenity Creek Dental Care Is looking for a full time hygienist to join our growing team! We are a dedicated team, passionate about serving patients with dental anxiety, that treats our patients comprehensively and respectfully. We are a family practice, seeing all ages of patients, located In downtown Noblesville. We are a newer office with updated technology. Our team focuses on educating our patients on their oral health so they can make the best informed decisions regarding their treatment options.

The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care and promote oral health in a professional and compassionate manner. The ideal candidate will also have a positive attitude toward educating patients and working together as a team to keep our office running as smoothly and efficiently as possible for the best patient experience every visit.
Office Hours:
Mon 8am-6pm (one hour lunch), Tues 9am-6pm (one hour lunch), Wed 7am-2pm, Thurs 7am-2pm
Responsibilities:- Conduct patient assessments to determine oral health conditions- Perform medical documentation accurately and efficiently- Utilize Open Dental for patient records- Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment- Assist dentists during procedures as needed- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dental office- Apply aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety- Monitor vital signs during dental procedures
Experience:- Proven experience working as a Dental Hygienist- Proficiency in patient assessment and treatment planning
-Ability to educate patients on various oral conditions and treatment options- Knowledge of dental coding for accurate billing- Familiarity with aseptic techniques and infection control practices- Ability to assist dentists during various procedures- Experience working in a dental office setting
