Job Description
Our General Dentistry Office is seeking an Experienced Front Desk Dental Receptionist to join our team. Please note: 2-years plus experience in a Dental front desk position using Dentrix dental software is required. As the first point of contact for our patients, we are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and has excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: Greet patients as they arrive and check them into Dentrix. Must know and have recent experience using Dentrix. Answer phone calls and respond to emails, and online patient communications. Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment schedule for dentists and hygienists. Verify patient insurance information. Collect co-payments and process payments. Maintain patient records and ensure they are up to date. Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 per week
