Job OverviewThis is a brand new private practice that focuses on quality care in Chandler, Arizona. This is a flexible part time job with opportunity to grow and become full time! Our office is a boutiqe private practice, not a high volume DSO mill. This office is about building relationships with patients. We use Open Dental.
Duties- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic's calendar- Verify insurance information, and billing- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence-help with online and offline marketing, -Available immediately
- Must have basic knowledge of social media
-Outgoing, friendly, ambitious personality is required.- General knowledge of basic dental terminology and procedures- Familiarity with Open Dental software is a plus- Strong communication skills and verbal proficiency- Understanding basics of billing, coding, and front desk operations
Job Types: Part-time, PRN
Pay: $18.01 - $22.46 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week

Experience:
