Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dental clinic and possess a strong knowledge of various dental procedures and practices.
Responsibilities- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures- Prepare patients for dental work- Ensure appropriate medical records are maintained- Manage and maintain dental equipment- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures- Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
Experience- Prior experience in Dentrix or similar dental software systems preferred- Experience in pediatric dentistry, general dentistry, prosthodontics, or related fields is a plus- Knowledge of infection control protocols in a dental setting- Familiarity with medical imaging processes is advantageous- Previous experience as a dental receptionist would be beneficial

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
