Job Description
*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and supporting dental professionals in delivering quality services. *Responsibilities* - Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures - Set up and breakdown treatment rooms - Take and develop dental x-rays - Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment - Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures - Maintain accurate patient records *Qualifications* - Knowledge of general dentistry practices and procedures - Proficiency in assisting with dental procedures - Familiarity with Dentrix or similar practice management systems - Understanding of dental terminology, medical coding, and aseptic techniques - Ability to take vital signs and follow infection control protocols - Experience in medical documentation is a plus Join our team and contribute to creating healthy and beautiful smiles for our patients!
