Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to patient care. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our dental team and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during various dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays)
Provide patient care and comfort before, during, and after treatment
Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and postoperative care
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is an advantage
Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
Understanding of health & safety regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and reliable
