Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator, Dental & Business Assistant to join our expanding & growing dental office.
The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of dental terminology, medical records, have dental assisting experience of at least one year. Experience with Open Dental or Eaglesoft software is preferred. Experience with Implant Dentistry is also preferred.
- Via communication with the dentist and dental assistants, create, present, & coordinate patient treatment plans and appointments while also checking and calculating insurance benefits as best as possible. We can train you if you are detail oriented and good with people.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment options, financial obligations, and insurance coverage.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy and dental assisting techniques to support clinical procedures.
- Manage administrative tasks related to treatment coordination in a dental clinic setting
- Proficiency in dental terminology and medical records management- At least one year experience as a dental assistant or treatment coordinator is required.- Understanding of dental clinic operations and procedures- Ability to assist in clinical tasks such as four-handed dentistry- Familiarity with anatomy for effective treatment coordination

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 ââ¬â 40 per week
