REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST (RDH)
GROWING PRACTICE SEEKS DENTAL HYGIENIST!
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Genuine Dentistry is a modern and growing, practice based in Rockwall County. We are currently seeking a RDH to join our team starting part-time for 3-4 days a week (Wednesday to Friday with Tuesdays optional). The opportunity is anticipated to be a full-time position and expand to 5 days a week within several months. Genuine Dentistry is a private dentist-owned family practice that sees all ages and provides all dental procedures. We are in-network with most major PPO insurance plans and accept some pediatric Medicaid plans. Our office is fully digital using OpenDental software and Dexis software for intraoral x-rays. We also have a Medit i600 intraoral digital scanner used for a variety of procedures including clear aligners.
Our employees are friendly, positive, self-motivated and system-oriented. We prioritize the use of the latest technology in order to provide the quality patient care. We offer a patient-focused genuine, friendly and caring work atmosphere. Recare visits are scheduled for 1-hour, New Patients for 1.5 hours, and SCRP at least 45 minutes/quad.
AS OUR PERFECT MATCH, REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING:

Maintains an active RDH license from the TSBDE with at least 1 year of experience in a general practice.
Possess nitrous monitoring certification from the TSBDE.
Prioritize patient rapport and outstanding customer service.
Familiar with OpenDental, Dexis and intraoral digital scanners.
Friendly, positive personality that can carry casual conversations and form bonds with patients.
